Returns

IMPORTANT: SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Pimpmykase.com declines all responsibility for any refund request when it comes to parts of photos that are cut from the shell. The customer is fully responsible for the compatibility or not of his photo with his phone. No refund will be possible if this occurs.

Our policy lasts 24h. If 24h days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

NB : In case we do not succeed in recovering one of your photo we will send you an email so that you send us the missing photo, in case we do not receive an answer within 2 months from the sending of the email Pimpmykase.com reserves the right to cancel the order without any possibility of refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@Pimpmykase.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Trades

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@Pimpmykase.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they’ll know you’ve returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
